To articulate this proposal, the Provincial Council of C\u00e1diz held a series of meetings at the Provincial Palace with city councils, chambers of commerce, and the University of C\u00e1diz.&lt;\/p&gt;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Helvetica Neue; font-size: small;\">&lt;p&gt;The objective of this initiative is to transform the #Jerez2031 European Capital of Culture bid process into a provincial proposal, embraced by society and its institutions in a territory that has been a cultural bridge between three continents (Europe, Africa, and America) and is an example of cultural fusion and social integration.&lt;\/p&gt;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Helvetica Neue; font-size: small;\">&lt;p&gt;Along with the
