The event will explore the key factors that enabled Liverpool to achieve the title of European City of Culture in 2008, address the most innovative and transformative aspects of its cultural program and participatory process, and assess future alliances between the two cities that promote spaces for cultural participation and co-creation.&lt;\/p&gt;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Helvetica Neue; font-size: small;\">&lt;p&gt;Neil Peterson is director of the Inside Track network of international experts advising cities on cultural transformation processes linked to major events.
