From this purpose comes Jerez's candidacy for European Capital of Culture 2031. A city at the crossroads, a fusion of civilizations, with an enormous tangible and intangible heritage that speaks to us of coexistence, inclusion, and diversity.

We are a bid that unites an entire province and takes on the challenge of transforming Europe from the periphery, with all the strength of the south, with all the impetus of an ancient culture that we project into the future.
