Citizen participation is the true driving force behind the #Jerez2031 European Capital of Culture bid. From the very beginning, citizen involvement has been a priority in our strategy.

In recent months, we have intensified our participatory activities with the aim of addressing the demands, expectations, and potential of all sectors. Through participation, dialogue, and listening, we can refine the concept of the bid, provide the #Jerez2031 cultural program with ideas, content, and proposals, and foster spaces for reflection, collaboration, and cultural co-creation.

We are now launching a new phase of our participation process with the launch of cultural, social, and educational “ágoras” so that all cultural, creative, and heritage sectors and stakeholders in Jerez and the province of Cádiz can contribute ideas and projects to be incorporated into the cultural program of Jerez’s bid to be European Capital of Culture 2031.
