Nearly one hundred associations from Jerez and Victoria (Malta) held a working session to promote joint cultural and inclusion projects

The initiative was attended by the mayors of both cities and strengthens ties between them as part of their candidacy to become European Capital of Culture 2031 and on the eve of their official twinning ceremony scheduled for tomorrow
