This forum is being held within the framework of Jerez’s candiacy to become European Capital of Culture in 2031 and is organized by the University of Cádiz, with the participation of international specialists.

In recent weeks, the process has included numerous meetings with cultural, social, and educational stakeholders, the media, the Cultural Council, and the Special Capital of Culture Commission, in which all municipal groups participate.
