<p>The city of Jerez today held the First Conference on Governance and Economic, Cultural, and Social Organization. Organized by the Provincial Union of Workers’ Commissions in collaboration with the Ateneo de Jerez, the event aims to energize social dialogue and inclusion within the framework of #Jerez2031 European Capital of Culture.</p>
<p>With the active participation of representatives from various associations and NGOs (Intermon, Oxfam in Andalusia, the Andalusian Observatory of Inequalities, etc.), this forum served to address various aspects related to governance, emphasizing the need for a collaborative approach between the public and private sectors and civil society.</p>
<p>This line of work is included among the priorities of the #Jerez2031 European Capital of Culture bid, as dialogue is conceived as a central tool for decision-making. Current challenges require coordinated responses to major global challenges, and achieving fair and inclusive responses requires collaborative work.</p>
