<p>The “A toast to #Jerez2031” campaign launched today at the “Feria del Caballo”, promoted by the Technical Office of the European Capital of Culture bid in collaboration with the Culture Department of the Jerez City Council. Thousands of people are expected to toast the bid with sherry wine until next Wednesday.</p>
<p>Specifically, a team of four professional venenciadores will offer fino, oloroso, amontillado, and cream wines to toast #Jerez2031. At the same time, since yesterday afternoon, following the inauguration, a space has been available at the municipal Information Point next to the main entrance of the fairgrounds for citizens to sign the Declaration of Support for the #Jerez2031 European Capital of Culture bid.</p>
<p>In parallel, the distribution of thousands of fans and hats with the #Jerez2031 visual identity has begun to increase visibility and a sense of belonging to the bid.</p>
