The Provincial Council invites city councils, the University of Cadiz (UCA), and Chambers of Commerce to share the challenge. 18 municipalities are participating in this first round of meetings.

Along with the Chamber of Commerce, the University of Cádiz and the Jerez City Council, a total of 18 municipalities have participated in the call for proposals from the Provincial Council of Cádiz: Algeciras, Arcos, Cádiz, San Fernando, Algar, Benalup-Casas Viejas, Bornos, El Bosque, Castellar, Prado del Rey, San José del Valle, Setenil, Tarifa, Trebujena, Ubrique, Vejer and Villamartín, as well as various autonomous local entities in the municipality of Jerez, which already share the #Jerez2031 challenge.
